Our mission is to empower people with disabilities and other barriers to reach their full potential. From crafting cargo nets for the U.S.

We’re more than a manufacturing company - we’re a mission-driven organization. Air Force to kitting, packaging, and producing quality goods for our partners, our team’s work spans multiple industries. But at the heart of it all is our purpose: empowering people with disabilities by providing meaningful employment, hands-on training, and the support they need to thrive.

💬 Quote of the Day:
“I wish for a world that views disability, mental or physical, not as a hindrance but as unique attributes that can be seen as powerful assets if given the right opportunities.” Strength comes in many forms. Sometimes all it takes is the chance to shine.

Last week, TAC attended SourceAmerica’s Xforce Conference and had a chance to share our American made manufacturing story.
Pictured is TAC CEO Jim Zahora alongside SourceAmerica President & CEO Richard Belden and Kimberly Zeich, Executive Director of the U.S. AbilityOne Commission, holding a commemorative cargo net strap produced entirely with American made materials.
We’re proud of the work our team is doing every day to support the Air Force mission while strengthening U.S. manufacturing and creating meaningful jobs in our community.
