Wednesday night is a great way to stay connected at Calvary.

This Wednesday, there are opportunities for the whole family to pray, grow, learn, and build community together.

Cafe 501 opens at 5pm, and this week’s featured meal is BBQ chicken, so come early, grab dinner, and enjoy time with others before the evening begins.

Open Prayer also begins at 5pm, creating space to pause, seek the Lord, and pray together before classes and ministries start.

At 6pm, adults can jump into Upside Down Power: A Study of 2 Corinthians, while Calvary Kids continues 50 Minutes of Faith & Fun for children in nursery through 5th grade.

Make plans to be here this Wednesday at the Hazel Dell Campus.

Rooted Celebration is this Sunday!

This Sunday, June 7, we get to celebrate what God has been doing through Rooted.

Over the years, we have seen people come through Rooted and find real community, take next steps in their walk with Jesus, begin serving, get baptized, join small groups, and discover that they do not have to follow Christ alone.

Rooted is more than a class. It helps people build rhythms of faith, connect with others, and grow in confidence as they follow Jesus in everyday life.

Join us this Sunday as we celebrate those who have completed Rooted and thank God for the stories, relationships, and life change He continues to bring through it.

Calvary Men are gathering for a Hike and Ruck on June 8 at 6pm at Lick Creek Trail.

Bring a pack if you want to ruck, or just come ready to hike. This is a chance to get outside, connect with other men, and spend the evening moving forward together.

Invite a friend and join us on the trail.

This Sunday, May 31, Chris Stanley will be our guest speaker during both morning services.

Chris serves as the District Youth Director for the Assemblies of God in Illinois and has spent years helping students grow in their relationship with God.

Join us at 9am or 10:45am at the Hazel Dell Campus as we worship together, hear from God’s Word, and welcome Chris to Calvary.

From worship and prayer to the preaching of God’s Word, we’re thankful for every person who gathered with us this weekend. Pastor Mark reminded us that there are only two paths, and Jesus calls us to walk the narrow road that leads to life.

We’re grateful for every conversation, every prayer, every volunteer serving faithfully, and every person taking another step toward Jesus.

7 Rhythms
A class focused on building healthy spiritual rhythms as you follow Jesus.

Both classes meet at the Hazel Dell Campus.

• Oasis and Revolution meet at the Jefferson Street Campus

VBS is one of the biggest weeks of the summer at Calvary, but what kids remember most is not the decorations, games, or snacks.

They remember the people who showed up.

The leader who learned their name.
The volunteer who sat beside them.
The person who helped them feel seen, safe, and loved.

Kingdom Quest is happening July 6–10, and we are building our volunteer team now. Whether you love leading, helping behind the scenes, cheering kids on, or simply being available wherever needed, there is a place for you.

If you are planning to volunteer for VBS, register as a volunteer, and then join us for our VBS Volunteer Meeting on June 14 at 4pm at the Jefferson Street Campus. We will walk through the vision for the week, important details, schedules, and everything you need to know before VBS begins.
