We invite singers and non-singers alike to join us for a life-changing experience in Greece as we visit the ancient cities of Paul’s missionary journeys and travel to Turkey to see the Seven Churches of Revelation.

Save the Dates for “A Holiday Prelude” 2025!

We are planning a joyful celebration to prepare our hearts for the holidays and we invite you to come sing with us! “A Holiday Prelude” will feature our favorite music from Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, and Christmas. This concert will replace our fall “Heritage of Hymns” performance that we have done for the community for 16 seasons.

We are in the process of recruiting choir members. Please see the rehearsal/performance schedule below to determine whether you will be able to join us. We will have listening tracks to help you learn the music, too.

"Messiah Live! Encountering Handel’s Messiah"
is a unique performance of portions of G.F. Handel’s beloved Messiah set with drama and dance. Based on biographical references to Handel’s experience in composing this major oratorio, the dramatic script explores his personal epiphany of the Messiah as revealed in the scriptural text of the lyrics.

Auditions for Messiah Live! are November 18 and November 21!
Messiah Live! is a dramatic presentation of Handel’s spiritual experience while composing Messiah. The 16-voice chorus will be auditioned. The role of Handel will require both
acting and vocal performance experience. Go to our website for more details about the auditions. Help us spread the word!

Looking forward to setting up nativity scenes with The Messiah Project . Annually we set up nearly 30 scenes throughout Springfield and southwest Missouri. We could use a couple more volunteers this afternoon to help unload the scenes from the storage trailer to prepare for setting up tomorrow and Saturday. If you available to help, let us know!
