Upon request, LaborMax Staffing can also supply each employee with personal
protective equipment (PPE) such as; hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, earplugs, dust masks, etc. Along with PPE we also supply some general industry tools such as brooms, shovels, scoop shovels, rakes, picks and road vests. Whether your needs call for one employee or a hundred employees, for a day or for a long-term assignment, LaborMax Staffing is ready to help. We currently have 30 offices operating in 12 states, and as a result, we are able to fill your staffing needs at a moment's notice. We supply temporary employees of every skill level to companies of all sizes in virtually all industries. LaborMax Staffing complies with all government requirements to ensure that our employees are legal to work in the United States. Additionally, for your protection, our employees sign n acknowledgement stating that they may only seek recovery from Workman's Compensation coverage provided by LaborMax Staffing if they are injured on the job. Drug screening and background checks are also available upon request. Once a candidate pool has been established, our staff will use their experience and knowledge of your requirements to select the most qualified candidate. LaborMax Staffing is always recruiting. From local colleges to word-of-mouth referrals, we leave no stone unturned to find the best individuals for your job. Our dispatcher carefully compares your job requirements with each employees skill set to ensure you get the right employee. Once a candidate has been selected, your order will be filled. LaborMax Staffing has employees arriving at our office as early as 5:30am, which allows us to visually evaluate each person, provide directions to jobsites, arrange transportation, and ensure that our employees are equipped with appropriate safety equipment. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Whether it is warehousing, light industrial, freight handling, forklift operation, retail services, event staffing, construction, clerical, hospitality or even payroll services that you need assistance with, we have you covered! Our experience ranges from covering one employee for half a day to several hundred employees on steady jobs which keep our local economy humming. As a direct result of being able to service immediate needs, we are proud to say that many of these short-term orders have turned into long-term relationships. For unskilled positions, LaborMax Staffing can service most requests within an hour of your call. Semi-skilled and/or skilled jobs may take a little more time, but often not much more.
