Hey Guys! there is class tomorrow
(I didn’t do class last week). Friday 10am upstairs at Jeans.
I’m trying to determine what the summer schedule will look like as there are some dates I’ll be gone and I’m sure some of you will be as well. I’m thinking on it and will post on that.

Yoga! Today at 4:30pm and Friday 10am. Stretch, build, breathe, relax, and unwind and relax some more 🌈

Here’s a little tie over since class was canceled last night! How bout 4 Sun Salutations? Less or more at your own discretion. If you don’t know what they are just try what you can no worries. How about raising your arms over your head several times a day? Finish with elevating your legs and breath in to the count of five then out to the count of five for ten breaths. Set a timer for 20 minutes for the below. We got this.

I’m going to cancel tonite’s yoga due to the possibility of hail and storms. Please I hope everyone is, can be and will be safe tonite. -megan
