It is amazing to see how important schools are to the local community. During the COVID-19 stay-at-home order, I was able to see this firsthand. I saw schools serving the community through sacked lunches, checking in on students and their families for any personal needs, and I even heard of a school allowing a student to use the gym shower. Local schools are an important part of our lives and I am glad to see our local community giving back to their schools with some needed updating.

Proposition MVS approved by voters June 2 and work is underway the next day on June 3. Great day to be a Mt’Neer!
