This is a chemical free peel.
It uses marine spicules to lodge into the dermis to create micro punctures (controlled injury) so the fibroblast can get busy. This is what builds collagen. This treatment is equivalent to microneedling but some say better for its other benefits like, reducing acne scaring & eliminating pigmentation.
