A locally-owned shop that sells fresh, locally roasted coffee beans and gifts. We have the largest selection of non-flavored and flavored beans in the area.
All of the coffee beans we sell here at The Bean Counter were roasted and flavored by us! Want a pound of Irish Cream but don't see it on the shelf? No problem! We do take special orders on large amounts of coffee beans or on flavors that we don't have on hand in the store. Feel free to call us or stop on in to find out what we have in stock or to make a special order. Want decaf? That's not a problem. We do have Sumatra, Hope Blend, and Guatemala available in decaf. In addition, we can also do any of our delicious flavored coffees in decaf. And if you're an owner of a Keurig, we also offer all of our coffees in K-cups made to order.

To celebrate Independence Day, our Montvale location will be closed tomorrow (July 4th) and our Memorial location will have shortened hours from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. (also on July 4th).

Our Montvale shop will have shortened hours this Friday (June 5th). We will be open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Normal hours will resume on Saturday.

Now that the insanity of the holiday season is past us, we’re happy to announce our Monday’s are back!!!
Starting this Monday, March 9th, our Montvale location will be open 9 am to 2:00 pm every Monday. No longer will you have to fret if you use the last of your beans on Sunday morning! Just pick some more up the next day!
New hours for Montvale:
Monday: 9 am to 2 pm
Tuesday-Saturday: 9 am to 4 pm
Sunday: CLOSED
