Last week, FBI Springfield's Special Agent in Charge Ryan Presley attended and spoke at the Kankakee County Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony. During his remarks, he shared a powerful reminder of the true cost of service: "Most people do not understand what officers carry with them during their careers...
