🇺🇸 WE WILL NEVER FORGET — SEPTEMBER 11, 2001

Today, Robertson County Emergency Management Agency joins our nation in remembering the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMS personnel, dispatchers, military members, and countless ordinary Americans who demonstrated extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We also remember the families who lost loved ones and the first responders whose lives were forever changed by their service in the days, months, and years that followed.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember the lives lost, honor the heroes who answered the call, and reflect on the unity and resilience our nation showed in the aftermath.

May we never forget their sacrifice.

Update: Repairs have been made and power has been restored.

——

Update: We have restored power to as many members as we can by feeding power from elsewhere on our system. We are still working with TVA to restore their feed to our system in order to get power back on for the remaining members still out. A specific cause has still not been identified at this time.

——

We are aware of a large outage affecting members in Robertson and Sumner counties, including White House, Millersville, Hendersonville, Greenbrier, and Ridgetop. Crews are on site and working to restore power. Early indications point to an issue upstream of our system, but crews are currently responding to investigate further. We’ll share updates as soon as we have them.

Visit https://trouble.cemc.org/ to submit an outage ticket online. You can also report an outage via the SmartHub app or by calling or texting OUTAGE to 800-987-2362. View our interactive outage map at https://outagemap.cemc.org/.
