Shift Supervisors are responsible for assuring that all crew members assigned to their shift follow proper procedures with regard to all aspects of customer service, food service and food and employee safety.
Reports directly to restaurant Manager, Assistant manager and Senior supervisors.
Free meals, shared tips, flexible hours.
Must be reliable, a self-starter with good verbal skills and follow through.
Food service not a prerequisite. Positive attitude and work ethic are a must.
If you have these attributes or want to learn the essentials of leadership, this is a job for you. Past supervisor have gone on to leadership positions for international as well as domestic companies or started successful businesses or their own.
Dough Rollers are one of the most important positions we have open. We roll our dough daily so our products are at maximum freshness.
Dough rollers must be 18 years or older in order to operate mixers and rolling machine.
This position requires a person who takes pride in their work, the ability to work independently and efficiently. Must be able to lift up to lift up to 40 lbs. Typical schedule starts at 7 am. Dough roll shifts are typically 4 - 6 hours depending on expected levels of business.
In addition to dough roll training basic food safety, cleaning & maintenance will be provided.
Opportunities for advancement are only limited by individual desire for cross training and work ethic.
All in house tips are shared with dough rollers.
Part time, In store restaurant staff member. Duties can include; product make up, in store dine in and take out customer service, phone order service, general cleaning & maintenance.
The sky is the limit. All of our management staff started at a beginning hourly rate.
Promotions are based on reliability, attitude and performance.
