We are popping up again this Saturday from 8AM-12PM! Bring your slippers and come sit on the big comfy couch!

This week we are continuing our exploration of with origins from Columbia, Kenya and Ethiopia! Some of the most influential coffee producing countries of the world!

We brew every cup of coffee for our pop ups with a Chemex coffee maker. The Chemex is a beautiful brewing method, the primary reason we choose this brewer is we want each cup you drink to be freshly brewed and of the utmost quality to give you the most accurate representation of each origin of coffee we offer. Through testing each coffee before we decide to serve it on our menu and creating the perfect ratio(decided by our 👅 taste buds) we can achieve this.

We want you to have the truest exploration with each cup you drink from Coffea Garden. 🪴

Our first coffee selection for all of our events in March is an offering from out of Bentonville Arkansas.
They are a phenomenally intentional roasting company from their production of coffee, cafe service and the traceable relationship they have with their coffee farmers. We are proud to partner with them!
What you’ll be experiencing with via the Chemex brew method will be Onyx’s Columbia Aponte Village, Kenya Rungeto Peaberry, Ethiopia Negusse Nare Bombe Natural, as well as the Decaf Columbia Aponte Village.

We are all explorers at heart.
Who doesn't love discovering a new great little cafe on a trip?

As our first pop-up draws nearer we are blown away by the support and love shared by all of our friends and fellow coffee lovers. One of the things Coffea Garden is about is creating community around a beautiful coffee experience. It's easily done when we think of the faces we will be serving soon.

As we organize the punch list and excitedly reveal more about the first coffees we will be serving know that the joy in it is in creating a shared experience for the phenomenal Springfield community.

Who is Coffea Garden?

We are a two human crew, myself Kate Eichler and Stephen Sybert are the coffee miss fits you are dealing with here.

Our mission is simple. To share great tasting coffee with our friends, family and community!

As we start this journey we are excited to bring roasters from all over the country to Springfield and exhibit their qualities. This is all about exploration and discovery! We hope you are willing to join us on this expedition!

Over the next few days we will be posting more about just what and who the heck we are! Along with what we plan to do with coffee in the great city of Springfield.
