While our Transitional Care Coordinator, Alexia, enjoyed a wonderful birthday celebration at Morningside, Annie kept watch nearby, patiently hoping someone might accidentally drop a piece of cake. (No luck this time!)

The sweetest moments are often the simplest—sharing laughter, making memories, and enjoying the company of friends, both two-legged and four-legged. ❤️

A stroke can happen to anyone, at any age, and every second counts. Knowing the warning signs and acting quickly can save a life and reduce long-term disability.

Remember B.E. F.A.S.T.
B – Balance: Sudden loss of balance or coordination
E – Eyes: Sudden vision changes
F – Face: Facial drooping or uneven smile
A – Arms: Arm weakness or numbness
S – Speech: Slurred speech or difficulty speaking
T – Time: Time to call 911 immediately

Don’t wait to see if symptoms improve. Quick action can make all the difference.

Help spread awareness, educate others, and know the signs — because recognizing a stroke early can save a life.
