Hope you and your families had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We have one more new soap release stocked at Turners Station Mercantile in Turners, MO for Small Business Saturday tomorrow. This simple, natural colored soap is Fall Homestead. A simple, tallow-based soap that smells of apple butter making over an open fire.

New this year, just in time for the winter season are three flavors of lip balm: peppermint, vanilla and unflavored. For the eagle eyed viewers, you’ll see the first of our new branding: Glenwood Soap Co. You will see more of the new name coming with future products, but it still made from the same quality ingredients you expect. These are also in stock at Turners Station Mercantile in Turners, MO

We’re back! We took a longer than expected break this year but we are back with new soaps for the 2025 Christmas season. First is Candy Cane, which smells exactly like what you expect, and a bigger better remake of Green Aloe, which will leave you smelling fresh and clean. These are in stock at Turners Station Mercantile in Turners, MO and we will have a few more announcements coming soon leading up to Small Business Saturday.

With less than a week before Thanksgiving, it’s time to start thinking about Christmas! The newest soap is called Scents of Christmas and it has it all, a hint of evergreen, lots of sweet fruity scents and just a hint of the cold, crisp snow. Turner’s Station will have bars available for Small business Saturday after you have finished all your family celebrations and are ready for some shopping.

New soap now available at Turner’s Station, this is Coconut Dream with a lovely coconut and blue agave fragrance. Using 100% coconut oil gives the soap unique properties - it makes the soap highly cleansing and a hard, long lasting bar. It also has the unique property that it will even lather in salt water (not a common need in this land locked part of the country but still fun to know).

With the Autumn Fair behind us, it’s time to start thinking about winter and Christmas soaps, believe it or not. We are open for Christmas commission orders (you pick scent for a batch of 8-10 bars) but with a 4-week cure time planning ahead is key. Also, the new soap scents are now stocked at Turner’s including this one, which is Cranberry Spice.

It’s the day of the Autumn Fair at Turner’s Station! Come see us from 2-7pm and get supper from the food trucks.

Getting into the fall season, we can’t resist having a pumpkin themed soap. This is Pumpkin Latte and it smells exactly like what you would expect.

Plain looking but powerful in scent, this is Eucalyptus and Aloe. Fresh and clean, it’s like having your own spa experience in a bar of soap. Remember, we will be at the Autumn Fair at Turner’s Station from 2-7pm this Tuesday with all the soaps we have been featuring.

Next up is Black Raspberry & Vanilla, a classic favorite. If you’ve purchased our Love is in the Air Valentines soaps in the past, this is the same scent just a different design.
