K Zone wants to send a huge shoutout to Presley after her amazing weekend in the circle. This diamond gem hurled a no-hitter in the championship game of their tournament. She struck out 16 of the 19 batters she faced! For the weekend, she was just as spectacular as she struck out 41 batters while walking on 6! And we’re sure what pitching instructor really likes is of the 124 pitches she threw 124, 78 were for strikes! We think she knew she was locked in after the first day of the tournament where she went 2-0 with 18 AJs, 2 walks, 1 run in 8 innings of work. Great job, Presley!

Kennedy for throwing 3 innings and allowing 0 runs on 0 hits, 0 walks and 9 strikeouts. If we know , she’s proud of Kennedy’s effort but is beaming over the 0 walks. Great job, Kennedy!

ESPN Events Announces Platform and Commentator Lineup for 2023 TaxAct Clearwater Invitational Presented by EvoShield Softball Tournament The TaxAct Clearwater Invitational Presented by EvoShield, ESPN Events’ owned and operated college softball tournament, returns to the Eddie C. Moore Complex in Clearwater, Fla. for its fourth year, February 16-19.

Next up is Aspen Kitowski. She hit a 3-run home run this weekend! Aspen also was awesome catching behind the plate this weekend and threw out the only runner that tried to steal on her! Way to go Aspen! 💣

We are so excited that Softball Season has started! We are going to share some of the success that our athletes have had over the weekend!
First up is Courtney Hodel! She pitched a 5 inning game and had 11 strikeouts and only 1 walk! Courtney also hit 2 triples, 1 double and 2 singles. Courtney has worked so hard over the winter with her pitching coach Cheyanne and her hitting coach Sam. Way to go Courtney!

Congratulations to Kayleigh Cobb a senior from Pawnee who signed with Monmouth College to continue her softball career. Kayleigh has been seeing pitching coach Cheyanne Bowman and hitting coach Sam Riss since she was in 7th grade. We are so proud of you Kayleigh and can’t wait to see what you do in college!!
