There is a HUGE difference being picky and entitled. Picky is noticing something wrong with your nails and asking for it to be fixed, wanting your tech to use sanitized tools, asking for softer edges so you don’t scratch yourself, etc. Nail techs can handle picky (within reason cuz I’ve had some at my desk that after a few times i started to question why they kept booking me 😂). Entitled is messaging for an appointment & getting mad at the tech for not being able to fit you in last minute, coming in wanting more than you booked and just expecting it, playing on your phone or not paying attention and using your hands (there are times this is cool - in the middle of a design not so much 😂), damaging your own nails and blaming the tech, etc. MOST times if a nail tech can no longer fit you in or “fires” you as a client, i can tell you it’s either you’re acting entitled or not following policy…few times are techs letting good/loyal clients go somewhere else (unless there’s a change in schedules - as this one I’ve unfortunately had happen a few times 😢).

I will say one of my biggest pet peeves is a new client bashing their old nail techSSSS (emphasis on multiple techs too) - I’ve learned these type of clients have patterns. Oh and btw we do not get mad at a client who chooses to go to another tech because we raised our prices and are no longer in your budget - even if we get sad we lost you we understand - so if we one day for your budget again don’t hesitate to book again ♥️
