Beth got to meet up with her brother Shaun at the Buffalo Pride Parade in the Allentown district of Buffalo.

Along with her sister Brooklynn, her friend Bella, and her Papa, they enjoyed the diversity of this event and had a great time enjoying the sunshine.

The walkout for the teams in the Battle of Buffalo II at Buffalo Riverworks last night. This was an amazing event filled with Irish culture and great boxing.

Beth Smoke killed it today!!! She had her normal commercial gym workout routine go smoothly and met a friend who may become a future workout friend.

Next, we worked out at the basketball courts practicing lots of passing and setting drills. She practiced serving both left-handed and right.

She began to drive to and from training sessions and even did her first drive on the highway with ease. She's locked-in and looking great.
