Workforce Development at STCC is excited to announce The High Efficiency Energy Systems Program, offered in collaboration with MassCEC! This program prepares students for careers in today’s rapidly evolving HVAC-R and clean energy industries through hands-on technical training, industry certifications, and entrepreneurship development opportunities.
Students will gain experience in:
✅ Renewable energy technologies
✅ Modern heat pump systems
✅ Refrigeration and combustion systems
✅ Environmental compliance
✅ Heat pump & mini-split installation
✅ System diagnostics and advanced HVAC service skills
