The healing required for addiction and mental health is not always linear and is most definitely not one size fits all. Another truth is that addiction cannot heal in isolation. Conversely, we also need solitude to be able to commune with our higher selves and internal wisdom. As .hari stated 9 years ago, "the opposite of addiction is connection".
