⭐️ Angela Wilcoxen- Agency Supervisor-14 years⭐️

With more than a decade of leadership experience in home health, I am driven by a deep commitment to patient safety, high‑quality care, and strong team support.

What I enjoy most about my work at Advanced is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, families, and staff. Home health is uniquely personal—we meet people where they feel safest, in their homes—and being able to make a positive impact in that environment is incredibly rewarding. I find fulfillment in the moments when I can remove barriers, guide nurses through complex situations, and ensure care is both safe and compassionate. The decisions I make each day directly influence patient outcomes and staff success, and that responsibility is something I value deeply.

One of my proudest professional achievements is sustaining exceptional quality and regulatory compliance for more than ten years, even as the healthcare landscape has shifted through staffing challenges, regulatory changes, and the pandemic. Maintaining strong outcomes and a supportive, stable team during such turbulent times is a milestone I hold with pride.
I’m often recognized for my strengths in clinical leadership, regulatory expertise, process improvement, and staff development—areas where I strive to create clarity, consistency, and confidence for both patients and staff. My greatest impact comes when I’m able to support both groups simultaneously, ensuring patients receive excellent care while empowering staff with the tools and guidance they need to thrive.

Outside of work, I love entertaining and feeding friends and family—bringing people together around good food is one of my favorite ways to unwind and connect.

⭐️Juanita Jones - Administrator - 20 years ⭐️

For the past 20 years, I’ve been proud to grow alongside Advanced, having been part of the organization since its earliest days. My commitment has always been rooted in the meaningful services we provide to the senior community, and that purpose continues to inspire me every day.

My work is fueled by the relationships I build—with co‑workers, patients, and families. Those daily interactions bring energy and connection to my role. One of the most fulfilling parts of my career has been mentoring staff and watching them develop confidence and skill as they grow within the company.

A milestone I’m especially proud of is becoming wound‑care certified, a credential that has allowed me to deepen my clinical expertise. Helping a patient heal their wounds and regain comfort is incredibly rewarding, and it’s a part of my work where I feel I make a significant impact.

Outside of work, I enjoy the thrill of thrift shopping—there’s nothing quite like the challenge of hunting for a great bargain.

For two decades, Advanced Healthcare Services has had the privilege of providing compassionate home health care and serving patients where they are most comfortable….at home. This milestone reflects the dedication, compassion, and commitment of our incredible team, and we are grateful for the trust our patients have placed in us over the years.

A key part of our success has been the longevity and dedication of our staff. Many of our team members have spent years growing with Advanced, building lasting relationships with patients, families, referral partners, and one another. Their experience and commitment to our mission have helped shape the culture of care that defines who we are today.

We also extend our sincere thanks to our valued referral sources, community partners, and healthcare colleagues. Your collaboration has helped us make a meaningful difference in the lives of so many individuals and families.

Most importantly, thank you to our patients and families. It is an honor to be part of your healthcare journey. Your trust and resilience inspire us every day and remain at the heart of everything we do.

As part of our anniversary celebration, we are excited to launch our ⭐️Staff Spotlight Series ⭐️beginning tomorrow, June 2nd, highlighting the unique talents, personalities, and contributions that make our team so exceptional.

It takes a whole village of incredible people to pull off an event serving over 1,000 seniors…and this group is truly top notch! We are so grateful for the hard work, dedication, and heart each person brought to make Senior Celebration such a success! ❤️🤍💙
