Repetition is key.

If we practice the same drill 100 times, when that play happens once in a game, we can make it look easy 😮‍💨

We end every practice with a huddle to make sure we leave the field with a positive and focused mindset.

Tonight, we discussed our goals for both the team and as individual players.

Then, we talked about how to achieve those goals. What success looks like for our team, and how to hold ourselves and each other accountable to reach it. Something we all need to implement in our lives.

The lessons we learn on the field will last a lot longer than the final pitch.

We asked ChatGPT to make cartoons of our players where their age matches their number and, since our players have numbers going from 2-99, the results were hilarious 😂😂😂

We’re sure these Tier Boys would stroke the ball at any age!
