For those of you who donโt know me, my name is Stacey L Gillespie, and Iโm no stranger to lifeโs setbacks and challenges.
During one of the hardest periods of my life, I recorded this video while I was sleeping in my car. It was a time when, for reasons I still canโt fully explain, everything felt like it was against me. Doors were closing, prayers felt unanswered, people I counted on let me down, and I found myself at rock bottom without understanding why.
The only thing I had left to hold onto was my faith and trust in God, so I stayed close to that and refused to let go.
Looking back at this video now, I can see the strength I had even thenโand the strength I still carry today. I could have chosen bitterness, but instead I chose growth.
This is part of why I am who I am today. Iโve lived through it, so I understand what some of you may be going through. And I also know that itโs possible to come through it.

For the first time, I will be stepping on stage at the beautiful Elizabeth Rose Garden at 11:00 AM (Eastern Time) to share a message of light, love, and grace.
This gathering is centered on healing, growth, and transformation, offering guidance on how to reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and move toward a healthier, more empowered life.
All faith backgrounds are welcome, and all people are invited. If you consider yourself spiritual or simply open to personal growth, you will find a safe and supportive space here.
This message is not limited to scripture, but focuses on truth, empowerment, and practical ways to live with more peace, awareness, and intention.
We will also come together in song and shared connection.
Please bring your own chair or blanket so you can get comfortable. Wear whatever makes you feel at ease.
This is a smoke-free and drug-free gathering, and we simply ask that everyone remain mindful and respectful of those around them.

What a beautiful surprise I experienced today.
One of my favorite places to sit at Elizabeth Rose Garden has always brought me peace, and today it gave me something specialโa beautiful bird chose to land nearby as I arrived and settled in.
Moments like this remind me how powerful stillness and presence can be. When we slow down, stay consistent, and spend time in nature, we become more aware of the life that is already all around us.
People at the park often ask me how the birds come so close, or how the geese feel comfortable enough to be fed by hand. My answer is always the same: it comes from patience, respect, and being calm in their environment.
Every living thing responds to energyโespecially when itโs steady and non-threatening. When we root ourselves, breathe, and stay present, we begin to feel more connected to the natural world in a very real way.
Nature doesnโt rush. It simply meets us where we are.

I lost both of my parents, but seeing my dad and me side by side again brings so many memories and fills my heart with gratitude. It feels good to see his smile once more.

Grab your mats friends, beginning on July 8, 15, 22, 29th I will be hosting a in person event at Elizabeth Rose Garden in West Hartford, CT at 5:30PM every Wednesday to reconnect us back to our calm roots of meditation. Bring a friend. This is a drug-free event so please no va**ng or smoking during the event. We will focus on Alpha Meditation & Quantum Energy. I will meet you by the stage. After a brief rain shower at Elizabeth Rose Garden this evening I captured this beautiful picture in the garden. It reminds me there is beauty in what is natural. When we stop forcing and start flowing, life unfolds exactly as it was meant to. ๐ชป๐โจ
