Remember that ewe we took down to Louisville KY 🚙this past November to show at the 💥North American International Livestock Exposition💥? The one who was the first to walk on the green 💚shavings from our very own homegrown flock? The one who placed 6th in the yearling ewe class? The one who we had ultrasounded while there and came up open still?
Welp, apparently she just needed her show clothes on at home to whooo her a date! Yesterday we welcomed in Lisa’s first ewe lamb!! Lisa herself was a bottle baby so we were a little skeptical on how she’d do with a lamb…. She is taking motherhood in like a Shetland champ!

Our oldest Shetland gal, Moon, welcomed a very large spunky ewe lamb today! 🎀 We LOVE her badger coloring, this is only the second time we’ve gotten it in over 10 years of breeding 😍
*Once all the Shetland lambs are born we will be reaching out to those that have already reserved theirs, if you’re interested in Shetland’s message us to get on the list!*
