107.9 The WAVE is a new FM station launching in the coming weeks, and we're offering the opportunity for broadcasters and on-air talent to join us as we become Springfield's newest and hottest radio station.

We're looking for highly motivated, self-sufficient individuals who are creative, colorful, and want to bring their personality and viewpoints to the masses.

While we prefer experienced individuals, we are also willing to sand off the rough edges to help you manage your own show or join a team and share your perspectives and playlists in an open forum, on-air!!!

Broadcasters, podcasters, bloggers, YouTubers, vloggers, or just someone with a lot to say are all welcome to come apply and see if you have what it takes to ride The WAVE!!!
