Forgot I had this cup I made last year. Need to use it this month. ❤️😘

My first attempt at growing Loofa squash. They have a very long growing period, so I started the seeds indoors in early spring. Unfortunately, once planted outside, they took forever to bloom/grow fruit, and my squash didn’t have enough time to mature before the first frost. The loofah in my pictures isn’t as dense/fibrous as it could be if fully matured. Normally you wait to harvest until the skin is yellow/brown. It was still fun to see them grow!h

“Grow Wild” I made for my plant loving daughter. She’s not a flashy person so I applied a clear stone over a glitter epoxy base. Took some of the sparkle down to better match her personality. The big leaves have a green to purple color shift stone that MADE the cup IMO. She texted me the next day saying she had received 4 compliments on her Monstera cup. Thank you for the inspiration CM Designs Co. I’ve already started another similar cup because I loved this one so much.

I tend to be a messy crafter. Having 4 projects going at the same time might be another reason for the clutter. How about you?
