Progress is taking shape at our dental office project in Thompson’s Station!

Our crew has completed the topsoil stripping, brought the site down to subgrade, and is now underway with the storm drainage installation.

Before the rain settled in, we wrapped up this full property transformation.

This one included demoing the existing abandoned structure, clearing and leveling two lots, correcting a rough front yard area that was practically a hole, and clearing years of overgrowth around the existing pond.

The end result: a cleaner, safer, more usable property with room for what comes next.

Projects like this are often more achievable than people think. Depending on access, hauling, size, and scope, this level of demo, clearing, grading, and cleanup can land in the $30,000–$40,000 range.
