Effective immediately we are no longer at current location. we will be opening a new location but not necessarily in Springfield. stay tuned.

This is Jason the primary owner of IC BBQ. I have made the decision to temporarily close our in store location, for renovation, menu changes and other items that need addressed. We will reopen very soon and when we do we will be ready to operate full service, including full beer menu and gaming machines. I thank all those that have supported us. Stay tuned for our re grand opening.

Big thank you to all of Springfield and surrounding towns for our first year of support. It was a very trying and struggling year but we are better for it. Food truck is going, we now serve beer, catering in place and gaming machines should be up by end of July. Reach out to me if interested in any of these services. We also fought off all our trolls that tried to take us down and rised above.

I am looking for 1 to 2 people that I can hire STRICTLY as drivers for our food truck. They need to know how to drive stick and a diesel vehicle. They will also have food serving responsibilities at location.

Our first food truck event is Thursday May 12th. We are currently booking dates and here is the menu:
