Welcome Noe, our new Assistant Account Executive!

After interning with Supper, Noe officially joined the team full-time following graduation. Outside of the office, you’ll likely find him watching movies, going to concerts, or traveling whenever he can. And if quesabirria tacos are on the menu, even better.

Noe is most excited to work across a variety of clients and continue growing through new projects and experiences that challenge him to expand his skill set.

From concepting and booth strategy to content development and show-floor ex*****on, seeing the booth come to life at NRA was a highlight of the week. Built to feel less like a traditional trade show booth and more like an immersive culinary destination, the experience centered around education, sensory engagement, and showing operators why tallow deserves a place in modern kitchens to help reinforce South Chicago Packing as a leader in the growing tallow category.

We’re excited to share our recent campaign with His Place Eatery - Chicken & Waffle, Ribs, and Soul Food, built to drive awareness, increase traffic, and meet diners where they’re making decisions. Led by creator-driven video and reinforced with static, the system works together to pull people in and give them a reason to act. By leading with craveable food, reinforcing real, generous value, and keeping the message human, these ads do the heavy lifting in the lower funnel.

Because when a place consistently delivers, it doesn’t need to be oversold. The job is getting more people in the door.

Sauce is having a moment, and it is one of the fastest ways to refresh a menu without reinventing the wheel. We explored this with Big Whiskey's American Restaurant & Bar and their culinary team, concepting a sauce-forward LTO built from the same core ingredients.

Because the smartest innovation doesn't start from scratch. It builds from what is already winning.

Back from COEX with plenty to think about. Huge thanks to for bringing the industry together to share insights and build the partnerships that move foodservice forward.

3 Takeaways our team is bringing home:
- AI is still intriguing to everyone in the business, but making it into an ROI machine is still illusive for many. We're still firmly in the R&D phase of AI in the Food Away From Home Industry.

- Economic sessions essentially concluded that 2026 looks like it's going to be a lot like 2025. Volatility, uncertainty, and difficulty planning seems likely again thanks to more tariffs and supply chain disruption as a result of the situation in Iran.

- Everyone is still talking about C-Stores as a key threat to the restaurant industry, recognizing the massive opportunity in foodservice for them.

- Also confirmed: Kesha is absolutely not afraid of glass elevators on the 72nd floor

This past Saturday, we joined the creative community at the American Advertising Awards hosted by American Advertising Federation - Heartland. We’re honored to have taken home four ADDY Awards, including recognition for Integrated Brand Identity and Point of Purchase. It was an incredible night celebrating the hard work happening across our creative community. Cheers to the work, the people behind it, and everything still to come in 2026.

Kyle had the opportunity to present at Informa’s Convenience Retailing University last week on the future of guest communication in the convenience store industry.

The reality? The timeline for change is gone. The future is arriving every day.

AI summaries, answer engines, voice assistants, and recommendation systems are already shaping how guests discover and choose where to stop.

We unpack the major shifts happening now and what they mean for c-store marketing teams in our most recent article: https://www.itssuppertime.com/articles/future-of-guest-communication

Join us in welcoming James Mulvenon, our newest Creative Director!

When he’s not concepting bold ideas at Supper, you’ll probably find him elbows-deep in a pinball machine restoration, modding a vintage game console, collecting records, or building automotive culture as 1/3 of Wrench & Rally. James is an equal parts reader, creator, sports fan, and low-key philosopher contemplating the frivolity of our fragile existence awaiting the heat-death of the universe.

When asked what he's most excited about by joining Supper, he said "Everything from the people to the work here is exciting and challenging in the best ways. The whole team is smart and hungry, and that energy is infectious."

And his fuel of choice? A close call between tacos and ramen.

Remember when loyalty meant a punch card?
Yeah… things have changed.
Points still matter. They’re just not enough to keep guests coming back.
