McGregor Elementary School

The Garden Club was hard at work getting the beds ready for fall planting!

Announcing this year's house leaders!!! These students will lead each of our houses:

Amistad - The House of Friendship
Altruismo - The House of Givers
Reveur - The House of Dreamers
Isibindi - The House of Courage

On Fridays, we wear our house colors to show house spirit and to get ready to meet and talk about leadership. Ask your student about their house. See if they know their house cheer or their house mascot.

Our fifth grade students spent the day at the Gray/Campbell Farmstead exploring life in the early Ozarks. They learned all about chores, one-room schoolhouses, early cooking, and livestock care.

This field trip was made possible by the Abram and Viola McGull Foundation.

Our Fourth Grade students learned about habitats by screening for wildlife in a stream and hiking through a wetland, a lowland forest, a glade, and an upland forest at The Watershed Center.

This field trip was made possible through the Abram and Viola McGull Foundation.

Our first grade Tigers had fun learning about life cycles at the Butterfly House at Nathanael Greene Park!

Thank you to the Abram and Viola McGull Foundation for sponsoring our field trip adventures into the city!

Our halls are ROARing with positive referrals!!! Way to go, tigers!!!

Join us for the Lantern Walk on Saturday, October 3rd. Be sure to RSVP so your family can enjoy some pizza as well!
