3 biblical policies that risk destroying my business
You're destroying your company culture just by doing this one thing.
And you don't even know you're doing it.
Two words destroy culture faster than anything else:
"I" and "my."
There was a CEO I knew who was giving a speech.
He stood in front of 300 people and said: "I built this company from scratch."
You could feel the oxygen leave the room.
The top salesperson who closed half their deals that year wasn’t mentioned.
The head of product who rebuilt their entire platform was completely left out.
Both of them quit within 3 months.
You've probably been in that room. You know that feeling when someone takes credit for work you helped build. Now ask yourself: Are you that person?
- Do you say "my company" when your team built it with you?
- Do you say "I launched this" when ten people made it happen?
Your coworkers are listening. They notice every time you use "I" instead of "we." And here's what happens when you hire smart people and use language that erases their contributions: You teach them their work doesn't matter.
Your best people won't quit because of their workload.
They'll quit because you made them feel invisible.
How I beat inconsistency and being on disciplined
I keep seeing that women don’t need men. That men are just an added bonus or only here for fun in their lives.
Respectfully, I don’t agree.
Look at the world we live in.
• Farmers — 74% men
• Military — 95% men
• Firefighters — 97% men
• Coal miners — 95% men
• Ship captains — 96% men
• Welders — 94% men
• Oil rig workers — 96% men
• Construction — 92% men
• Fishermen — 97% men
• Surgeons — 81% men
• Demolition workers — 94% men
• Paramedics — 85% men
• Industrial miners — 95% men
• Engineers — 89% men
• Lumberjacks — 96% men
• Pilots — 94% men
Men are building, protecting, rescuing, feeding, fixing, transporting, and defending the world we live in.
And beyond jobs and statistics, there’s this simple truth:
Only men can be fathers.
Men are irreplaceable.
I love women. I respect men. I’m grateful for men who show up, work hard, carry responsibility, and are willing to risk their lives for people they may never even meet.
We don’t honor men or women by pretending we don’t need them.
We honor men by saying thank you.
By respecting their role.
By appreciating what they uniquely bring to families and to society.
So here’s mine.
Thank you to the men who protect, provide, sacrifice, and love.
We need you. We appreciate you.

To achieve my goals this year.
I don't need a mentor.
I am allowed to:
1. Fire myself up
2. Create my own deadlines
3. Hold myself accountable
4. Do more than anyone asked me to
5. Make myself proud
I dont need towait for someone to believe in me. I'll start with myself.
