Chef Drake Tillman is a private chef serving the Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Branson and more areas in Southwest Missouri. We look forward to cooking for you.

We offer elevated in-home private dinners. Check out our website for more information. In late 2021 I relocated from Springfield, Missouri to the Temecula Valley to start an exciting new venture. Over the past 16 years, I've worked in restaurants from fast-casual to fine-dining as well as my own pop-up projects. I've also been fortunate enough to spend some time in Italy over the past few years. A

Grilled Brassicas
with chevre mousse, smoked pork belly and rosemary vinaigrette

Seared Scallop
with buttermilk, orange and fennel

Tortelli D’Anatra
with rosemary cream and braised cherry

Steak Au Poivre
with cognac creme and fingerling potatoes warmed in duck fat

Fall Fruit
with zabaglione and mint

Chocolate budino
with candied cherry and salted caramel

Cotoletta alla Milanese

In this case, pork Milanese with a fresh salad of shaved fennel, red onion, cherry tomato and greens dressed all dressed up with some basil vinaigrette. One of my favorite dishes of all time with a little summer influence!
