Cable railing really makes this pop

It’s been a couple of months working on this house. It’s the first house I’ve ever done by myself from start to finish and I’m super proud of myself and the work a couple more weeks and I get to take finish pictures with flooring and furniture in place.

Back to the Ludlow house, window and door trim done on inside, kitchen put together today. Another month and she should be about ready

I don’t know why, but I don’t mind rot repair, putting things back better than they were before and making a section of a house, look better than new is just satisfied

I can’t believe this only took three weeks and a couple days. I still got one more day for final touches

Instead of listing all the things we do, we figured we would make it easier and list the things we don’t do.

This project started as just a window replacement, but very quickly turned into absolutely everything under the sun. Finally, the outside is looking better. Next, we move to the inside.

All new windows, and trim ready for paint! If you’ve driven through the downtown Ludlow area you have probably seen this house. I have had people come up to me nonstop, happy that it’s finally getting a facelift. Still a lot of work inside to be done, but one step at a time.

I’ve gotten so much enjoyment out of working on this house!
