Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit. I am a first generation South Korean, that came to the United States in 2011.

I married a (now retired) Air Force Veteran, and we had child together. I have been challenging myself with fitness my entire life. Before moving to the United States, I received a certificate to teach and provide Pilates to others.
