Table Talks at is such a cool event that brings artists and food together for some inspiring conversations. We were so excited to partner with them and see the members in our kitchen showcase their culinary talents.

Table Talks is a casual dinner series hosted by The Medium, a welcoming space for creative and community expression in downtown Springdale. Each month, two local creatives share short presentations about their creative process and journey, focusing on a specific topic.
The topic for June 4, 2026, is It’s Not a Straight Line: The unpredictable life of being an artist with Paige Dirksen and Lucas Spivey. Dinner will be provided by Inspired Hands, a Canopy NWA initiative.

The topic for May 7, 2026, is Inspired by Nature: Listening, knowing, and relating with the land through art with Caite Mae Ramos and Eden Imrie. Dinner will be provided by Inspired Hands, a Canopy NWA initiative.

Carson and Hunter met while working on a school project with the goal of starting a business. Married in 2022, this ice-cream truck is the first step in their dreams of owning their own company. Hunter is an ice-cream connoisseur, creative dreamer, and brains behind the operation while Carson is a supportive full-time taste tester with an expertise in financials. Together they hope to bring joy through ice cream and entrepreneurship.
