This person is responsible for handling majority of the customer interaction--coordinating all aspects of servicing our customers' orders. Must be able to multi-task in terms of taking orders, collection of payment, answering phones, ordering blank apparel/accessories, accepting deliveries, and being aware of each order's progress through the system ensuring customer deadlines are met. Individual must be able to deal with customers in a professional, diplomatic way to ensure customers have a positive experience with our company. Individual must be highly organized with excellent attention to detail; an effective communicator, and cooperative team player. Must also be able to deal with multiple projects and deadlines on a timely basis with accuracy.
