Ambassador Spotlight: Tony Sisson! Tony Sisson with Bison Financial Group, powered by Ameriprise, serves as a Chamber Ambassador, helping welcome new members, build connections, and keep people engaged across the Chamber community.

Ambassadors are often the first friendly link between members, helping conversations turn into relationships. Tony shared, “I enjoy helping my clients accomplish their dreams,” which carries through in the way he shows up for others in the Chamber.

Outside of work, he’s quick to connect over Japanese food and stories from Nara, Japan, where his wife is from. He also carries that same service mindset into his Rotary involvement, living out a “service above self” approach in both business and community life!

Hidden Springs Senior Living hosted a fantastic Business After Hours last night (6/10)! Thank you to their team for the warm welcome and to everyone who joined us. Their community is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with care at the heart of everything they do. Ambassador Spotlight: JD Staley! We're proud to spotlight JD Staley of Staley Transformations, one of the Springboro Chamber's dedicated Ambassadors. Ambassadors play an important role in welcoming new members, building connections, and helping create the friendly, supportive atmosphere that makes our Chamber special.

JD knows a thing or two about building connections. As the leader of Staley Transformations, a family-owned business serving the region since 1987, he and his team have built a reputation for turning clients' visions into reality with quality craftsmanship, integrity, and a personal touch. Many people may not know that JD grew up at the beach and is an avid water sports enthusiast, bringing that same energy and enthusiasm to everything he does.

When asked about the Chamber, JD shared, "The Springboro Chamber is an incredibly active and welcoming group of business owners and employees. This atmosphere makes it so I feel welcome every time I come to an event."
