We often begin our custom cabinetry process with layout, then proceed to the selections phase where we choose the perfect paint (or stain), profile, and hardware for your cabinets. The paint selection process is one of our favorites- we will go through a paint deck with you to choose your finish, and to ensure that it’s a perfect match, we create as many small control samples as it takes to get the best end result.

Some more interior progress photos from our almost 20,000 square foot new build with . It’s been so busy on the job site and interior details are coming together nicely. Tile has started, millwork is about to begin, and the details of the project are starting to come to life. Stay tuned for more!

Another custom build is coming along at Clearcreek Reserve on a beautiful corner lot. Framing is wrapping up; windows and doors are installed; and plumbing, electric, and HVAC are underway. This project is flying by, so stay tuned for more progress updates!

A little update on one of our custom build project that we’ve been working on with . Drywall is such a major milestone in any project. While in framing, it’s often hard to get a sense of detail and differentiation between each room is challenging; once drywall goes up, the details begin to shine. These key hole framed openings have come a long way since framing, so stay tuned for the finished product!

A little update at our current remodeling and addition project in Hyde Park- an historic suburb of Cincinnati. We recently received a custom interior trim delivery to match the character of the woodwork in the current home. Michael and Lane were hard at work helping unload the pieces from the delivery truck and putting them safely inside. The exterior is one step closer to paint, and lighting and plumbing fixtures have been delivered. We’re so pleased with how the project is going and our team has greatly enjoyed working with RWA Architects to complete this addition and remodel. Our first post of the interior finishes at Watch Hill Farm: The kitchen. Your kitchen is where the heart of your home lies. It is often chaotic and unorganized during meal prep and social occasions, but a beautiful kitchen doesn’t have to come at a cost for function. For instance, the woodworking detail at Watch Hill Farm, done by Clearcreek’s cabinetry team, adds a level of sophistication that can be seen through the chaotic nature of what a kitchen is meant to do. Other details such as the lighting, the countertops, and the lovely hard wood floors also have an incredible impact on the resting state of the kitchen.
