Since moving into commercial pool construction it's very surprising the difference from residential. One of the big ones is we have to follow the pool building codes. It's very evident a lot of residential pool builders don't care about their craftsmanship then they do making money. So when picking a residential pool builder, do your homework. Is the electrician licensed? Is the plumber licensed? Are the people overseeing the construction certified? There's a lot of questions that should be asked where you're spending the kind of money that is needed to get a modern-day pool.
