With the average age of a financial advisor now around 65, our industry needs the next generation. We believe preparing that next generation is both a responsibility and an opportunity.

The culmination of 34 years of employment has led my business partner and me to launch our own wealth management practice. This endeavor has demanded a considerable investment of time and involved making numerous challenging decisions.

Now, two months into this new venture, I am returning to my advisory role, and it is proving to be a highly rewarding experience. I am deeply grateful to my wife, Summer, for her unwavering support and encouragement. Our ability to work together effectively has been a valuable learning experience, and we have found it to be enjoyable.

Furthermore, I would like to acknowledge Katy Bell Hamnes for her invaluable support and contributions to the design of our office.
