There was a season where I had mastered the art of looking okay.

Nobody knew. That was the point.

I wrote this song in the middle of that season. Took me a while to finish it. Even longer to release it.

MESS — May 10.

I’ve outgrown versions of myself I used to defend. Grieved people who are still alive. Smiled through rooms that had no idea what it cost me to walk in. Bitterness would mean I’m still standing at the door. I’m not. That’s how I have the confidence to walk into any room now, because I’ve already survived the ones that tried to break me.

True peace isn’t the absence of pain; it’s the mastery of it. You don’t fear the future because you’ve already conquered a past that was designed to destroy you.

I believe there is a Unified Principle.

Neuroscience says: Your brain's reticular activating system (RAS) filters reality based on wwhat you focus on. You literally see more of what you're tuned to.

(Neuro-linguistic Programmers, (NLP) says: Your internal representations (the story you tell yourself) dictate your behavior, which dictates your outcomes. Change the map, change the territory.

Quantum physics (applied honestly): The observer effect means your state of being influences what possibilities you engage with. You collapse probability waves by taking action from a specific state.

Christianity says: Your heart and mind shape the direction of your life. Scripture repeatedly teaches that transformation starts internally. “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he” (Proverbs 23:7). Paul writes that believers must be “transformed by the renewing of your mind” (Romans 12:2). Faith itself is described as believing before you see (Hebrews 11:1). In other words, what you allow to govern your mind and spirit determines the path you walk.

What they all agree on: You cannot receive what your system, mental, neurological, or spiritual, is conditioned to reject.

This year I’ll be releasing my next EP and I really can’t even describe how excited I am. We are already deep in production and I will be sharing the actual release date with you very soon.

I don’t have the same Instagram following I had when I first started my music career so it’s really just me and this Facebook community right now. As we get closer to the date I’ll be sharing more content from other places but because you all have been here with me from the start I want to give you the exclusive information here first.

To me this isn’t just a photo. It is a piece of art that holds so much weight regarding my story as a father and a husband. I’m going to share the full meaning behind the name and the image later but for now I just want to be completely transparent with you.

I am going to do something I have never done before. I’m opening up my world and inviting everyone in. Not as a vlogger or a coach or a business owner but as a man who had to overcome some of the most outrageous struggles. I am laying it all out on the table in this music and I truly hope it’s something that resonates with you. I want to give you my best in 2026.
