We are looking for an experienced Pre Engineered Metal Building (PEMB)
Drafter for our company in Spring, Texas.

Experience with PEMB design software titled "Metal Building Software"
(MBS) is preferred.

Responsibilities & Requirements :
Use Metal Building Software (MBS) to design pre-engineered metal
buildings along with AutoCAD to produce construction details.Work alongside and communicate with coworkers to gain experience and
provide drawings needed for company use.Review architectural and structural construction documents and
coordinate with coworkers to ensure accurate designs.Be detail oriented with an understanding of metal building design and
component connections.Work and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.Coordinate building details as necessary with fabrication department
to help ensure correct fabrication.Be proficient in computer navigation with at least a basic
understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.Must have a strong mathematical ability to effectively calculate and
check sizes and lengths of building components.Work a full-time work week in our Spring, TX office: Monday --
Friday, 8:00am -- 5:00pm. Work overtime as needed.Experience with 3D structural drafting / detailing is preferred. 2+
Years of experience is preferred.

Compensation :$18.00/HR - $22.00/HR

The Houston weather cooperated with us this morning and we were able to get 7000 square feet of concrete on the ground just in time for the holidays. We are excited to be able to share updates as we make progress on Joe Williams new crane building expansion!

Cypress Academy - Huffmeister Is making headway on their brand new facility in Spring, Texas! Our hearts are filled with gratitude to be able to call ourselves a part of this project! We cannot wait to share more pictures as this project makes headway!

We would like to take the time to thank Hai Hoang for hiring us to handle his metal building project! Our scope on this project was to handle the residential permit through Harris County, demo an old existing building, pour the concrete foundation, and to supply / erect the steel building. The finished dimensions of the building were 40' wide, x 60' long, x 12' tall. We enjoy handling projects like these to the fullest.

Here is the finished product of the newly finished Louetta Automotive Sports Complex. We were a small part in the grand scheme of things in this project, providing the concrete foundation and shell metal building. Emerie Joseph Dupuis was the general contractor on the project and provided a breathtaking finish on the interior. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be involved in this project!
