LMHA's 2026 in-person Continuing Education classes are now open for registration! Whether you need continuing education for your Retailer/Developer license or Installer license, there are two in-person classes scheduled this October.

Prefer to attend online? Live Zoom continuing education options for both Retailers/Developers and Installers are being planned for November 2026. Dates and registration information will be announced soon!

Louisiana Manufactured Housing Association Louisiana law requires licensed Manufactured Housing Installers and Retailers/Developers to complete a Louisiana Manufactured Housing Commission-approved continuing education course each year for license renewal.
