When permanent filler is involved, the fix isn't as simple as dissolving it.

This patient came to us after noticing her lips had changed shape and increased in volume over time. On evaluation, we found permanent filler had been injected, the kind that doesn't respond to the dissolving agents we normally use for temporary fillers.

The only path back to a natural contour was surgical removal. We performed a lip reduction procedure to remove the permanent material and restore proportion.

Our patient also lived out of town, so we kept her care going through virtual follow-ups, checking in on healing and progress every step of the way. Distance doesn't change our commitment to seeing a patient's journey all the through.

If you're unsure what was placed in your lips or you're unhappy with how they've changed over time, that's exactly the kind of concern worth bringing to a consultation. Comment "BOOK" to schedule a consultation.

Dissolving filler isn't as simple as "just inject and done."

Here's what actually happens: we use hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid fillers specifically. It doesn't touch your natural tissue, only the product that's there.

Most people need one session. Some need a follow-up 2 weeks later once we see how the tissue settles.

If you're unhappy with previous filler work or dealing with migration, lumps, or overfilled areas, this is a real, safe option to hit reset.

At 64, Charita is starting a new chapter on her facial rejuvenation journey with us. Her personalized plan includes an endoscopic midface lift, brow lift, and quad blepharoplasty, a comprehensive approach designed to work with her anatomy, not against it.

This isn't about pulling skin tight. It's about repositioning the deeper structures of the face, the fat pads and ligaments that naturally descend with age, back to where they once supported a more youthful contour. Through small incisions hidden in the hairline, we lift and secure the midface at its foundation, which is why results look refreshed rather than "overdone."

Paired with the brow lift and quad bleph, this plan addresses the upper, mid, and lower face together, restoring balance and harmony across the whole face rather than treating one area in isolation.

Don't let age stop you from pursuing the body you have always wanted.

Healthy adults in their 60s, 70s, and even 80s may be candidates for certain procedures. Age is not a disqualifier for meaningful results. What matters is overall health, realistic expectations, and a surgical plan built around what your body needs.

If you have been told you are "too old" to consider a procedure like this, that is not always the full picture. Your candidacy is individual to you.

"I've struggled my whole life with body image. I've lost weight, I've gained weight, and I've lost it again, but I've always carried my weight in my lower body."

That's how one of our patients described the years leading up to her thigh lift.

"Now that I've lost the weight, I have that excess skin. And when I pull that up, I can finally see what I worked so hard for underneath it."

Fitness alone couldn't address the skin laxity left behind after significant weight loss. So together, we built a bespoke treatment plan combining her goals with a surgical approach tailored to her body.

The result: a natural, long-lasting transformation that finally matched how hard she'd worked to get there.

Every patient's path looks different. Ours is about finding the right one for you.

When patients tell us they're worried about looking "overfilled," I understand exactly what they mean.

The good news? It usually isn't about avoiding injectables altogether. It's about having a collaborative plan.

Save this for later and comment "BOOK" if you're interested in a customized treatment plan focused on natural results.

Melasma doesn't respond to guesswork. It responds to precision.

Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries that trigger your skin's natural repair process, boosting collagen and allowing targeted treatments to pe*****te deeper where they actually work. Paired with the right topical protocol, it's one of the most effective ways to break up stubborn pigmentation without aggravating it further.

The key is technique. Too aggressive, and you risk triggering more pigmentation. Too conservative, and you won't see change.

If melasma has been resistant to everything you've tried, click my link in bio to schedule a consultation to learn about approaches that could work for you.

A mommy makeover isn't just about the procedure day, it's about respecting the recovery timeline that follows.

Your body just went through significant surgical remodeling. Pushing too hard, too soon, whether that's lifting your toddler, going back to the gym, or resuming normal household routines, can compromise your results and slow the healing process down.

The patients who see the best long-term outcomes are the ones who follow a structured recovery plan, not the ones who "push through" for the sake of convenience. Healing is not linear, and it shouldn't be rushed.
