Tropics Blue plaster with glass beads and shimmer shell going in to today! Waterline tile was also replaced and the transition tile is glow in the dark!

On average, pool contractors add 30-50% of the cost to build the pool. That’s a large profit margin. No pool builder does the actual work themselves, they don’t own equipment or have employee’s. Everything is sub-contracted out. I use the same contractors that the major pool companies use. All the warranties that a pool builder gives you is actually a warranty from the sub-contractor. I keep my margins low to save you money, which I can do because I don’t have any overhead or employee’s. It’s just me.
