Gave this pool a little face lift. New pebble plaster with glass bead and shimmer shell, new tile and coping, replaced cracked skimmer, added to the deck to make room for a gazebo, old pea gravel deck textured and applied cool deck. Just in time for a graduation party this weekend.

Guillen Custom Pools is here to help you with your pool design and construction needs. I work on a cost plus basis, trust me, this saves you money. On average, pool contractors add 30-50% of the cost to build the pool. That’s a large profit margin. No pool builder does the actual work themselves, they don’t own equipment or have employee’s. Everything is sub-contracted out. I use the same contractors that the major pool companies use. All the warranties that a pool builder gives you is actually a warranty from the sub-contractor. I keep my margins low to save you money, which I can do because I don’t have any overhead or employee’s. It’s just me.
