Our office will be closed on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, and Wednesday, January 22, 2025, due to unfavorable weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding. We are very happy to announce that our office will re-open on May 4th, 2020!

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we begin seeing patients again with increased safety measures and limited capacity. Please be informed of the following:

1. Pre-screening. A covid questionnaire and temperature will be taken prior to your appointment.

2. Fever free environment. We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have a fever (100 degrees and above) or persistent cough.

3. No extra visitors. We will be limiting our lobby to only one family member for necessary check-in procedures. After that we kindly ask that you wait in your car. Only the patient will be allowed in the exam room.

4. Appointments. We will be staggering our appointments to practice social distancing.

5. We ask all patients come in wearing a mask, it can be cloth, bandana or hanker chief.
