Responsibilities:

Clean residential homes, businesses, or office locations
Ensure a clean and orderly environment
Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
Strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic

Duties

Commercial and residential cleaning of floors, furniture, air ducts, dryer vents and more
Must be personable and trustworthy and have great communication skills
Give attention to detail, be dependable and a team player
Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
Maintain a clean and professional appearance and demonstrate professional conduct
Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure
Have the ability to work without normal supervision
Maintain vans, tools, equipment and warehouse daily.
Be able to work occasional long days, and Saturday rotations are required

Requirements
Possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving history
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Have reliable transportation
Available to work Mondays-Saturdays
Ability to move and/or lift 50 lbs. or more
