We perform specialty inspections such as invasive stucco inspections (certification through Exterior Design Institute), mold assessments and testing (licensed through Texas Department of State Health Services) in addition to our licensed Texas Real Estate Commission structural and mechanical home inspection service. In addition, we have a certified Thermographer for Infra-red on staff, use high tech moisture detecting equipment in the performance of our exceptional and highly rated inspection service. Fernando is also a licensed realtor and has been since 1983 which gives him extra insight when it comes to the buying and selling market.

Did you know you can creatively update your fireplace with sponging and paint?
Left pic is before, right pic shows how I renewed it by washing off smoke stains, finding similar colored flat latex paints and creatively restored it to look almost new!
My homeowner was VERY happy

Multiple reasons this shower should be torn out and redone
1. No slope on seats or ledge - 2%minimum needed
2. Tile on top of seat opening up at edges likely due to water pe*******on
3. Shampoo insert not lined and edges cracking
