Did you know you can creatively update your fireplace with sponging and paint?
Left pic is before, right pic shows how I renewed it by washing off smoke stains, finding similar colored flat latex paints and creatively restored it to look almost new!
My homeowner was VERY happy

Multiple reasons this shower should be torn out and redone
1. No slope on seats or ledge - 2%minimum needed
2. Tile on top of seat opening up at edges likely due to water pe*******on
3. Shampoo insert not lined and edges cracking
