Although my food is "healthy" it's appealing to the tastebuds. Food is my passion & with that being I LOVE FOOD! Let me repeat, I FREAKING LOVE FOOD!
The side dish story...I am professionally trained in being passionate about food & the health aspects of well being. The thing is, I love it even more when it's good for me & also delicious. Do to contrary beliefs, "healthy" foods do not have to be boring & cardboard tasting. Hence, Fresh Cuisine! All meals are prepared daily & of the highest quality possible. I do add spices & some of the food is spicy but, I do offer alternatives. If you call in your order in advance or by text, I WILL provide you with the taste variations you desire. One taste & I promise you will be back! My PASSION is my confidence & I am very PASSIONATE about my foods, just ask my current clients. Even though I didn’t always create a great family environment for my daughter; l’m so in love with the family environment she & her husband have created for their little family. MY FAMILY...although, I am older, they are showing me that love truiy conquers all & that it’s ok to judge but out of love & not hate. We are a family & love should ALWAYS be the first motion to take. In a society where people find it easier to be alone without dealing with the hurt & pain while looking at love like it’s something bad, I’m encourage through the love displayed by my children. While most concentrate on tangible things they concentrate on the things money can’t buy & that’s true love. Today I would like to honor & .irie for being the example our family needed. I LOVE YOU BOTH SO MUCH!!! CONGRATS!!!

Key to getting a great sear on your meats is a great cast iron skillet that's piping hot! This round No. 14 "Comal" cast iron griddle is top tier in quality changing the game. I usually flip my meats twice & then throw the whole thing in the oven & cook to my clients desired temp. Are you going to get you one?
