Champion Forest - North Klein

We left church today with a simple but powerful reminder: the heart of God cares for the least, and He calls us to see, to serve, and to love them.

As we continued our FIGHT series, Pastor Jarrett reminded us that fighting for the least means opening our eyes to the needs around us and stepping in with compassion. ❤️

That was the question many of us left with after today’s message in our FIGHT series. Pastor Emory walked us through Romans 12:1-2 and reminded us that God’s truth doesn’t just inform us, it transforms us.

Today Pastor Jarrett continued our FIGHT series and reminded us that temptation is real, but the power of God in us is even stronger. It was a day filled with powerful worship and truth we’ll carry with us into the week.

Today was one of those Sundays that reminds us why we love being part of this church family.

On Mother’s Day, we paused to thank God for the gift of moms, for the quiet strength, steady love, faithful prayers, and everyday sacrifices that shape homes and point hearts toward Jesus.

We also had the joy of celebrating Parent Commitment, watching young families stand before the Lord and our church, committing to raise their children in the truth of God’s Word and the love of Christ.

It was a beautiful reminder that God is building something special here at CF North Klein, one family, one child, one story of grace at a time.

To every mom, every parent, every grandparent, every volunteer, every person who helps make this church feel like home, thank you.

We are grateful to God for you. And we are so thankful we get to follow Jesus together.

So grateful for the fellowship, camaraderie, and faith that grow when our guys gather together. Grateful for what God is doing in the men of Champion Forest.

We loved seeing our seniors be prayed over and sent out, and we celebrate them as they step into what’s next. Seniors, we’re so proud of you and praying that God would guide your next steps as your hearts are turned toward Him. 🙌🎓

We also took a moment to honor Pastor Steven Morris and his family for 20 years of faithful ministry. Thank you, Pastor Steven, for your leadership, your commitment to the Lord, and your heart to serve this church so well. Congratulations on 20 years 🎉 We’re grateful for you and praying for many more!

Today we celebrate Steven and Chelsea Morris, along with their beautiful family, for 2️⃣0️⃣ YEARS of faithful ministry at Champion Forest.

For the last 6+ years, Steven has served as Campus Pastor at North Klein, preaching, leading, shepherding, and loving people with integrity and a sincere heart. Before stepping into this role, he faithfully served in Student Ministry and other leadership roles, helping shape the life and mission of our church in countless ways.

Steven and Chelsea, the Champion Forest story could not be written without you.
