We offer our customers experienced solutions to home issues and promise results and clarity for our customers and for this community. The price over the phone is tentative and will be considered a rough estimate to the completion price. If on-site evaluations of the project reveals undetermined issues or thresholds or information undisclosed during the initial phone-call evaluation the price of the product at completion may fluctuate but usually leans in the customers favor. Price match is available within reason and I am open to negotiate a price and produce superb results without the up-charge. Cost of material will be assessed and the customer will be aware of payment date prior to the end of business the day of job completion.

-Some projects may be evaluated through photos but not all issues can be addressed or determined without being present and on-site first.
